Younan Growth is a trading name of Andy Younan, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. As a sole trader there is no company registration number.

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your company, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give it, and the message describing what you would like help with.

The form also records the time your enquiry was submitted, which helps me reduce automated spam.

I use this information solely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to continue the conversation if you would like one. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: replying to a business enquiry you have chosen to send me.

I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not send marketing you have not asked for, and I do not sell or share your details for anyone else’s marketing.

Enquiries are stored in the database that supports this website, and I also see them in my email or phone when I follow up.

The website and its database are hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides the managed hosting, database and email delivery behind this site. Email I send or receive in reply to your enquiry is handled by my email provider. These providers act as processors on my behalf and may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the date of your last contact with me, after which they are deleted. If we go on to work together, the relevant records are kept for as long as needed for that work and any legal or accounting obligations.

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used, so there is no consent banner.

If analytics or any other non-essential cookies are added in future, an appropriate consent mechanism will be in place before they load, and this notice will be updated.

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask me to delete it. Email younangrowth@gmail.com and I will deal with it promptly.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
